Any feature request submitted shall be deemed to be non-confidential. Hayes Software Systems shall be free to use submitted information in any way.

We read each and every message. Personal responses may not be sent for feature requests. If submitting a defect or technical support issue, a customer support specialist will contact you between 8:00AM & 6:00PM CST, Monday - Friday. You can expect a response to your technical support issue within 12 to 24 hours, in most cases sooner.

Submitting a feature request does not guarantee its incorporation into the next or any future product release. Requests are prioritized based the number of similar requests received and other programatic factors. Your comments, suggestions, and ideas for improvements are very important to us.
