TIP for Windows & TIPWeb Training Details
District and campus users come away from training with the skills necessary to effectively utilize and
manage their textbook inventory with our products.
Our trainers incorporate real-life examples into product training classes. This helps users apply the
functionality they learn in the software to the real situations they face as textbook managers. Trainers
also share countless examples of ways other customers use our programs successfully.
Hayes Software Systems realizes that each customer has unique training needs. Because of this,
customers can choose between our pre-scheduled workshops and on-site training.
Hands-On Workshop Training
Current training workshops are scheduled for TIP for Windows
and TIPWeb software. These hands-on
classes are a cost-effective solution for TIP users that want to learn our software.
Current class options for TIPWIN include Advanced District Version, Beginner/Intermediate Campus Version, and Bar Code Overview and Campus View and District View of TIPWeb.
Our workshops are for Administrators as well as assistants and clerks. Attendees
will learn how to quickly get up and running with the software and become more efficient and effective
in their job. Sessions are held throughout the year.

On-Line Delivered Training Sessions
TIPWeb users have the opportunity to take advantage of instruction right from the comfort of their own office with On-Line Delivered Training Sessions.
Current online sessions are a time saving option for TIPWeb users who can't fit a full day of training into their schedule.
On-line sessions are 1 hour long and focused on a topic or area of the TIPWeb software.

On-site Training
On-site training days can be purchased by a district or a group of districts/campuses. On-site training
is available for both textbook management programs, TIPWeb and TIP for Windows. Class material
follows a similar outline to that of our Hands-on workshops and class size is limited to 15 attendees.
Our training consultants also offer an on-site "Train the Trainer" option where a district's training staff
participates in in-depth instruction that provides them with the skills necessary to support their staff in
the successful use of the program.
